Delivery Policy


Subscribers who have paid online for an online subscription will automatically get access to the online subscribers section and are able to read The Daily Herald online.

When their subscription becomes due which will be after a ½ or 1 year being a subscriber, the user will automatically be removed from the subscribers group and won’t be able to view their subscription.


Subscribers who have paid online for a hard copy subscription will receive their newspaper the next day once payment has been done before 4 p.m., if this deadline has not been met and payment takes place during the evening/outside office hours, subscription will start the day after the following day of payment.

Delivery of the hard copy newspaper takes place during the morning hours, this may vary between  the hours of 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. unless  due to an Act of God or Force Majeure, such as but not limited to; earthquakes, riots, abnormal business interruptions of hurricanes, in this case we are not able to deliver you our services.

A hard copy subscription is only applicable for residents of St. Maarten/St. Martin.
